Tile lifters
At AL-LIFT, we offer a wide range of tile vacuum lifters, which are well suited for lifting slabs and other porous workpieces. We offer vacuum lifters capable of lifting anything from 500 up to 8000 kgs. These are easily mounted on excavators or other types of construction materiel, sparing the backs and joints of employees. Only two persons are need for working with the vacuum lifter: One to operate the machine, and one to position the tiles correctly. Our top model AL-DYNAMIC 8000, is capable of handling workloads of up to 8000 kgs. This makes it ideal for concrete kerbstones, steel plates, balcony floors, etc.
For lighter tasks, a smaller vacuum lifter may be useful. In our product range, you will find hand-held models, capable of lifting anything from 140 to 200 kgs. This makes them more effective for smaller construction jobs, where the tiles are smaller, and where there may be less room. Our AL-BUTLER 200 and AL-MANOLAY vacuum lifters can either be handled by tow person, or attached to various types of construction machinery, while our AL-Mobivac makes it possible for one person to lay/remove slabs, and to pick slabs from a pallet.
EFFECTIVE AND GENTLE LAYING OF TILES/SLABS
Using a tile lifter is both and effective and gentle way of laying tiles and slabs. It´s a win-win situation! Gentle, because it spares the construction workers of the heavy lifting, thus improving their working environment. Tile lifters also perform gentle lifting, so that the tiles are not damaged or broken. The work is carried out more effectively, due to the fact that a tile lifter can handle much heavier lifts than the human body is capable of. This makes the work go faster and more smoothly.
