At AL-Lift we have a large selection of vacuum tile lifters that are great for gentle lifting of tiles and other porous materials. Among our large tile lifters/vacuum lifters you'll find some that can lift anything from 500 to 8000 kg. These are mounted on an excavator or other construction machine to protect employees' backs and joints. In addition to the operator, only one person is needed to easily guide the tiles in the right direction so they can be placed exactly where they need to be. Our Dynamic 8000 can handle the heaviest tiles up to 8000 kg, making it ideal for concrete kerbs, balcony floors, steel plates, etc.
If the lifting tasks are not quite as heavy, a smaller vacuum lifter can be advantageous. The ones you can find here are handheld and can lift anything from 140 to 200 kg. This makes them more efficient for smaller construction jobs where the tiles aren't particularly large or where space is limited. Our Butler 200 and Manolay vacuum lifters can be handled by two people or suspended in a construction machine, while our Mobivac allows a single person to lay or pick up tiles from a pallet.
With a tile lifter, you get both efficient and gentle tiling - it's a win-win situation! Gentle refers to the construction work in particular in terms of a gentler working environment. The tile lifters also provide gentle lifting of the tiles, lifting and handling them very carefully to avoid damaging or breaking them. Tiling is made more efficient as the tile lifter can handle significantly heavier lifts than human strength can, making the work go much more smoothly and quickly.
