The TYPHOON 1000 is recommended for contractors, landscapers, municipalities and others in the construction industry. The vacuum lifter is ideal for fast and precise picking up/lowering of tiles, concrete kerbstones, steps, steel plates, balcony floors etc. up to 1000 kg, where the large 65m3 vacuum lifter ensures that even very porous tiles can be handled.
The TYPHOON 1000 is suspended on construction machines with the help of a lifting shackle mounted in the lifting eye and vacuum lifter.
The vacuum lifter is very user-friendly:
- Switch on the vacuum lifter safety system on the control panel and start the Honda engine.
- Place the suction cup on the tile surface.
- Use the manual slide valve for suction/discharge of loads.
- Lift and move the load.
The TYPOON 1000 is cable and hose-free and powered by a Honda petrol engine with a fuel tank for several hours of operation. The safety system consists of vacuum gauge, safety valve, pressure equalisation valve, acoustic and visual low vacuum alarm, with the alarm system powered by a 12V battery that can be recharged with a 220V battery charger (included).
The suction plate can be changed in minutes, so the machine can be used for many different inserts and loads.
