The BLAZER 2000 significantly reduces handling, which provides great economic benefits compared to manual handling. The large 90m3 vacuum pump ensures that even very porous tiles with an open cell structure can be handled.
The type of suction cup depends on the items to be lifted, where the suction cup can be changed in minutes with two thumbscrews.
The vacuum lifter attaches to fork-based vehicles such as forklifts, articulated lorries or tractors with forks in the 3-point hitch. BLAZER 2000 has a lightweight construction with its suction hose, weighing 34 kg less than machines with a lifting cylinder. There is no resistance in the lifting hose, even when the suction cup is lowered empty. The lifting hose is unaffected by dirt in the up/down function and does not cause unnecessary downtime.

The forks are inserted into the vacuum lifter's fork pockets, locking bolts are pushed behind the fork back and secured, after which the forks can be used to bring a pallet of tiles to the work area. The tower (arms) are adjusted in level with the adjustment lever and the engine is started. The arm locks are released and you are now ready to use BLAZER 2000.
