BUTLER 200 is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for handling granite, marble, concrete, step and steel elements up to 200kg.
The tile lifter is cable and hose-free and powered by a 12v/9 Ah battery, where the vacuum lifter is easy to use in both the lifting eye on a loader or with handles for two-man handling:
Start the cordless vacuum pump on the control panel.
Use the manual slide valve to activate the vacuum and suction the workpiece
When sufficient vacuum pressure has been built up, seen on the vacuum gauge or when the acoustic alarm goes off, the load can be lifted.
The BUTLER 200 has a safety system with vacuum meter and acoustic alarm powered by a built-in battery that can be recharged with the included 220v-12v battery charger.
The suction plate can be changed in minutes, so the machine can be used for many different inserts and loads.
