PACK MOBILE UNO EL is a detachable lifting system with articulated arm and electric hoist for counterbalance trucks for easy and efficient order picking.
PACK MOBILE UNO EL is available in several versions:
PACK MOBILE BAT electric lifting system with integrated 24V battery for 8 hours continuous operation = more than one working day => works as a standalone unit that is completely independent of the truck's electrical system.
PACK MOBILE EL lifting system for connection directly to the truck's 24V or 48V power supply
Both versions are available with electric hoist with hanging pressure control or one-hand operated electric hoist, where PACK MOBILE UNO EL has quick hoist changes without the use of hand tools.
Easy to operate:
- Push the truck forks into the fork brackets on PACK MOBILE
- Connect the female power plug from the vacuum lifter to the male power plug located at the fork carriage (power cable must be connected from the truck)
- Secure the locking pins behind the forks
- Press the green button on the electrical control box
- Vacuum pump starter
- Release the arm lock
- Grasp the vacuum suction head
- Place it on the surface of the load
- Adjust the height by pressing the handle
