The TYPHOON 1000 is recommended for contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and others in the construction and civil engineering sector. The vacuum lifter is ideal for quick and precise lifting/laying of tiles, concrete curbstones, stair steps, steel plates, balcony floors, etc., up to 1000 kg. Its large 65m³ vacuum lifter ensures that even very porous tiles can be handled.
The TYPHOON 1000 is suspended on construction machinery using a lifting shackle mounted in the lifting eye and vacuum lifter.
The vacuum lifter is very user-friendly:
- Turn on the vacuum lifter’s safety system on the control panel and start the Honda engine.
- Place the suction cup on the surface of the tile.
- Use the manual slide valve to grip/release the load.
- Lift and move the load.
The TYPHOON 1000 operates without cables and hoses, powered by a Honda gasoline engine with a fuel tank that allows for several hours of operation. The safety system consists of a vacuum gauge, safety valve, pressure equalization valve, and audible and visual alarms for low vacuum, with the alarm system powered by a 12V battery that can be recharged with the included 220V battery charger.
The suction plate can be changed in a few minutes, allowing the machine to be used for a variety of tasks and loads.
