At AL-Lift, we have a wide range of tile lifters with vacuum, which are excellent for gentle lifting of tiles and other porous items. Among our large tile lifters/vacuum lifters, you will find ones that can lift anywhere from 500 to 8000 kg. These are mounted on an excavator or another construction machine, thereby sparing the backs and joints of employees. Besides the operator, it is only necessary to have one person to easily guide the tiles in the right direction so they can be placed exactly where they need to be. Our Dynamic 8000 can handle the heaviest tiles of up to 8000 kg, making it ideal for concrete curbstones, balcony floors, steel plates, etc.
If the lifting tasks are not quite as heavy, a smaller vacuum lifter may be advantageous. Those you can find here with us are handheld and can lift anywhere from 140 to 200 kg. They are thus more effective for smaller construction tasks, where the tiles are not particularly large or where space is limited. Our Butler 200 and Manolay vacuum lifters can be operated by two people or hung on a construction machine, while our Mobivac allows a single person to lay or pick up tiles from a pallet.
With a tile lifter, you achieve both efficient and gentle tile paving – it’s a win-win situation! By gentle, we particularly refer to the construction workers, providing a more favorable working environment. The tile lifters also perform gentle lifting of the tiles, handling them very carefully so they are not damaged or broken. Tile paving is made more efficient as the tile lifter can handle significantly heavier lifts than human strength can, making the work much smoother and faster.
