PACK MOBILE is a detachable vacuum hose lifting system for counterbalance trucks for easy and efficient order picking.
PACK MOBILE is available in two versions:
PACK MOBILE BAT vacuum lifter with integrated 24V battery for 3 hours of continuous operation and works as a standalone unit that is completely independent of the truck's electrical system.
PACK MOBILE vacuum lifter for connection directly to the truck power supply 24V or 48V
The articulated arm with 360° rotation provides easy handling between pallet racks where space is limited, as you can work on both sides of the truck.
There is a wide range of suction cups available, with the type of suction cup determining which item can be lifted. The suction cup is changed in seconds and you can quickly get on with your work.
PACK MOBILE is easy to operate:
- Push the truck forks into the fork brackets on PACK MOBILE
- Connect the female power plug from the vacuum lifter to the male power plug located at the fork carriage (power cable must be connected from the truck)
- Secure the locking pins behind the forks
- Press the green button on the electrical control box
- Vacuum pump starter
- Release the arm lock
- Grasp the vacuum suction head
- Place it on the surface of the load Adjust the height by pressing the handle
