Industrial manipulator

With an industrial manipulator, you can handle a variety of heavy lifting tasks. Our MULTILIFT is an intelligent electronic manipulator that has a unique knee arm that can rotate a full 375° on the column. 

As standard, it has a lifting capacity of either 60 or 80 kg. If you are looking for a manipulator that can handle heavier items, you may want to take a closer look at our POWERLIFT, which has a lifting capacity of 125 or up to 320 kg. Like MULTILIFT, POWERLIFT has a knee arm that can rotate 375°.

What is an industrial manipulator

An industrial manipulator is a machine with a rigid steel arm that enables complex pneumatic tilts and rotations - even when the item being handled is outside the centre of the machine. The machine is controlled by a human operator, enabling precise handling of the manipulator where you can easily lift, lower and transport an object. 

Industrial manipulators are most often used when: 

• An item is too heavy for one person to lift by themselves 
• An item needs to be moved to a place that is not easy for a person to reach (e.g. a very high shelf) 
• A person will expose themselves to the danger of injury if they move the item manually. 

Another advantage of an industrial manipulator is that it's good at handling parts with different shapes. This is a big advantage if you often deal with items that don't have a standard shape. Several of our other machines, such as our lifting beams, can't handle these tasks.
