With an industrial manipulator, you can handle various heavy lifts. Our MULTILIFT is an intelligent electronic manipulator with a unique articulated arm that can rotate a full 375° on the column.

As standard, it has a lifting capacity of either 60 or 80 kg. If you are looking for a manipulator that can handle heavier items, you might want to take a closer look at our POWERLIFT, which has a lifting capacity of 125 kg or up to 320 kg. POWERLIFT, like the MULTILIFT, has an articulated arm that can rotate 375°.

What is an Industrial Manipulator?

An industrial manipulator is a machine with a rigid steel arm that allows for complex pneumatic tilts and rotations—even when the item being handled is off-center from the machine. The machine is operated by a human operator, allowing for precise handling with the ability to easily lift, lower, and transport an item.

Industrial manipulators are most commonly used when:

• An item is too heavy for a person to lift alone.
• An item needs to be moved to a place that is not easily accessible for a person (such as a very high shelf).
• A person would put themselves at risk if they manually moved the item, due to the danger of injury.

The advantage of an industrial manipulator is also that it is good for handling items of unusual shapes. This is a major benefit if you often handle items that do not have a standard form. Several of our other machines, such as our løfteåg, for example, cannot handle these tasks.
