The PACK MOBILE UNO EL is a detachable lifting system with an articulated arm and electric hoist for counterbalance forklifts, designed for easy and efficient order picking.
The PACK MOBILE UNO EL is available in several versions:
PACK MOBILE BAT EL: Lifting system with integrated 24V battery for 8 hours of continuous operation—more than a workday—serves as an independent unit completely independent of the forklift’s electrical system.
PACK MOBILE EL: Lifting system for direct connection to the forklift’s power supply of 24V or 48V.
Both versions are available with an electric hoist with pendant control or a single-handed electric hoist, where the PACK MOBILE UNO EL allows quick change of hoists without using tools.
Easy to Operate:
- Slide the forklift’s tines into the fork brackets on the PACK MOBILE.
- Connect the female power plug from the vacuum lifter to the male power plug located at the fork carriage (the power cable must be connected from the forklift).
- Secure the locking pins behind the forks.
- Press the green button on the electric control box.
- The vacuum pump starts.
- Release the arm lock.
- Grab the vacuum suction head.
- Place it on the surface of the load.
- Adjust the height by pressing the handle.
