The AL-ATOMIC 500 is a battery-powered vacuum lifter designed for handling granite, marble, concrete, step, and steel elements.
It is suspended using a lifting shackle in the lifting eye of construction machinery and features a completely sealed vacuum system that prevents vacuum loss during power failures. The vacuum lifter includes a safety system with a vacuum gauge and an audible alarm, powered by a battery that can be recharged with an included 220V-12V battery charger.
The AL-ATOMIC 500 is easy to use: Hang the vacuum lifter on the construction machine. Start the battery-powered vacuum pump from the control panel. Use the manual slide valve to activate the vacuum and grip the item. Once sufficient vacuum pressure is built, as indicated on the vacuum gauge and with the audible alarm turning off, the load can be lifted.
The vacuum lifter operates without cables and hoses, powered by a 12V / 26Ah battery, with a 220V battery charger included.
A quick-release mechanism allows the suction cup to be changed in minutes, enabling you to quickly continue your work even when switching between different lifting tasks.
