Suction, lift, and place the tile in one smooth operation!
Easily handle items up to 200 kg with the BLAZER 2000, which can be powered hydraulically from the vehicle or with a gasoline or diesel engine, making the tile lifter a standalone unit.
Recommended for contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and the construction and civil engineering sector, the BLAZER 2000 is ideal for the quick and precise lifting/laying of tiles up to 200 kg.
BLAZER 2000 significantly reduces handling time, offering substantial economic advantages compared to manual handling. The large 90m³ vacuum pump ensures that even very porous tiles with open cell structure can be handled.
The type of suction cup depends on the items to be lifted, and the suction cup can be changed in minutes using two thumbscrews.
The vacuum lifter is mounted on fork-based vehicles such as forklifts, wheel loaders, or tractors with forks in a three-point hitch. The BLAZER 2000 has a lightweight structure with its suction hose, weighing 34 kg less than machines with lift cylinders. There is no resistance in the lift hose, even when the suction cup is lowered empty. The lift hose is unaffected by dirt in the up/down function and does not cause unnecessary downtime.
The tile lifter is very easy to install and use: Slide the forks into the vacuum lifter’s fork pockets, insert locking bolts behind the fork back and secure them, allowing the forks to carry a pallet of tiles to the work area. Adjust the tower (arms) to level using the adjustment handle and start the engine. Release the arm locks, and you are now ready to use the BLAZER 2000.
