AL-ATOMIC 500 is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for handling granite, marble, concrete, step and steel elements, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AL-ATOMIC 500 is suspended by means of a lifting shackle in the lifting eye of construction machinery and is a completely closed vacuum system where there is no loss of vacuum in case of power failure. The vacuum lifter has a safety system consisting of a vacuum meter and acoustic alarm, where the alarm system is powered by a battery that can be recharged with a 220v-12v battery charger (included). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AL-ATOMIC 500 is easy to use: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attach the vacuum lifter to the construction machine Start the battery-powered vacuum pump on the control panel Use the manual slide valve to activate the vacuum and then suction the workpiece When sufficient vacuum pressure has built up, this is shown on the vacuum gauge and the acoustic alarm goes off The load can now be lifted <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vacuum lifter is without cables and hoses and is powered by a 12v \/ 26Ah battery, with a 220V battery charger included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
